A great example of these activations is our most recent project at the Sports department of El Corte Inglés, Preciados, Madrid. We designed an interactive focus with a curved LED screen that delivers multiple benefits, strengthening the bond between the customer and the brand. This solution enhances user experience, fosters commercial interaction, and significantly increases customer satisfaction for the following reasons:
- Reinforces El Corte Inglés’ positioning as a retail leader, by linking the in-store experience with innovation, modernity, and differentiation.
- Boosts visual attraction, capturing customer attention from different points of the commercial space and increasing dwell time.
- The system is fully programmable, allowing both projected images and light color to be adapted to each promotional campaign. This way, we connect customers with the environment and create a visual atmosphere aligned with the brand’s message.
- Optimizes commercial space, since being suspended from the ceiling, it leaves the floor free for a cleaner, more flexible product display.
- The technological system consists of a circular LED screen, mirrors, and dynamic lighting. In our research lab, we designed a play of lights and audiovisual projections that combine to generate an immersive sensory experience, amplifying spatial depth and projecting a forward-thinking brand identity at the point of sale.
- As an adaptable system, it allows the space to be refreshed without major physical interventions, facilitating content rotation and aesthetic updates for seasons, launches, or special events.
- Reduces spending on printed signage and physical supports, replacing printed materials with dynamic digital content via energy-efficient LEDs.
- By cutting down the use of printed materials, paper, inks, transport, and logistics, the system also contributes to minimizing environmental impact.
- The focus is custom-designed, responding to the specific needs of El Corte Inglés for this commercial space.
- The elements that make up the “focus” area, beyond the curved screen, are mobile and easily adaptable to the different promotional campaigns activated by adidas each season. The platforms can be moved as needed and include integrated power outlets for easy access to electricity.
