360° Immersive LED Tunnel for Events
M2 Eventos, a company specialized in full-service event production, commissioned us to develop a series of technological activations aimed at energizing the celebration of Viscofan’s 50th anniversary. Viscofan is a multinational leader in the production of casings for meat products, and the objective was to create engaging immersive experiences for attendees.
The project’s most prominent feature was a 360° immersive LED tunnel, through which guests accessed the event. This fully enveloping space, with panoramic audiovisual projections, delivered a powerful “wow” effect from the very first moment, communicating the brand’s values in an innovative and highly visual way.
To achieve this impact, we developed several bespoke technological solutions:
Audiovisual Content
At Nabegos, we designed and edited the projected content, developing a narrative concept based on the brand’s journey over time. This storytelling approach allowed Viscofan’s corporate values to be conveyed in an emotional and memorable way.
In addition to the immersive tunnel, we created other interactive experiences for the event, including a 360° photocall, where guests could capture images in a striking environment, and an interactive quiz in a game-show format, designed to encourage participation and entertainment.
This collaboration provided a valuable opportunity for our New Technologies department to develop innovative solutions, demonstrating that with creativity, technology, and passion, there are no limits to what can be achieved.
3D Virtual Simulator
Prior to the tunnel’s fabrication, we designed a 3D simulator that allowed us to verify the correct adaptation of the audiovisual content to the immersive format, ensuring a seamless and coherent experience once installed.
Audiovisual Distribution and Calibration System
We developed an in-house system for the distribution, synchronization and calibration of the different projections, ensuring precise playback throughout the entire length of the tunnel.
Interactive Access via Personalized QR
We designed a customized welcome system whereby each attendee, upon scanning the QR code on their invitation, was identified and their name projected onto the tunnel’s front screen, creating a unique and personalized experience from the very first interaction.
